| ABOUT THE OWNER |
 KIM WALTRIP is an avid music lover and has been finding musical entertainment for events in the Coachella Valley since 2004. She is also a producer and partner of WonderStar Productions where she recently completed production on the feature film “Adopt a Sailor” starring Bebe Neuwirth,Peter Coyote and Ethan Peck.
She is in development on numerous other feature films and a television show. Kim also produced and directed the children's travel video "Griffin Goes To The Grand Canyon" and she co-produced the Semper Fi Memorial Honor Detail video “Again They Serve” which took the top award in all services of the military.
Kim started her career as a model with the Wilhelmina agency in 1976 and continued her career in Paris, Munich, Zurich and Milan. She moved on to acting and has appeared in numerous national commercials and TV shows such as "Cheers," "In the Heat of the Night" "Hardball" and "Guns of Paradise." She co-starred in the feature film,"Pretty Smart," and co-starred in the musically influenced film "Nights In White Satin".
Kim sits on the Board of Palm Springs Women In Film and Television and is a Trustee for the Olive Crest Homes for Abused Children where she was honored with the "Angel Of The Year" award in 2005. Olive Crest has named a scholorship in her honor, "The Kim Waltrip Education Fund" which will help abused children achieve their educational and vocational goals. |
